Take Part in a Paid Research Study for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Patients

We are inviting people with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) to participate in a usability study in order to gain feedback on a new treatment device and its instructions for use. This device is a wearable pump for administering a PAH treatment medication. The goal of this study is to check that the device and its instructions are easy for people to safely use and understand. Your opinions will be vital to ensure the device is the best it can be before being made available for general use.

This is not a clinical study and you will not be asked to take any sort of medication. You will simply be asked to interact with a model pump and the instructions for this new pump in development and help us determine how easy they are to use. The device will not contain any medication.

The research consists of 2 sessions one which will take approximately 90 minutes and another 45minutes of your time. Ideally, the second session needs to take place the day after the first one. We would like to undertake these sessions in a viewing facility.

As a way of thanking people for taking part in the research session, you will be offered an honorarium of $250 upon completion of the sessions.

The sessions will be taking place in San Francisco, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Baltimore between 9th and 26th April 2018.
